MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA PAGEANT 2025

Once again women aged 60 and over graced the stage of Harrah's Resort and Hotel in Atlantic City to participate in the MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA PAGEANT, which was held on Thursday, May 29th. There were 12 gracious ladies in the Class of 2025 who came from many parts of the Garden State, all hoping to win this year's crown, but in the end, one woman emerged victorious. Vin Iyer, a resident of Trenton, scored the highest in the 4 judging catagories which include: Evening Gown, Philosophy of Life, Talent and Private Judges' Interview.  Vin is a fitness/dancer instructor, Zumba instructor and jammer, belly dancer and former showgirl at Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey's Circus, and earned a Master's Degree of Education from Kaplan University.   For her Talent, she did a lively and sensual belly dance that captured the hearts of both the audience and a discerning panel of judges.  Celebrating her ethnic heritage, Vin posed in traditional Indian sari.   T...

  Pageant fever is in the air, as everyone connected with the MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA PAGEANT readies themselves for the annual event to be held at Harrahs Resort in Atlantic City, on Thursday, May 29th in the Concert Venue Theater at 1:00 PM. The beautiful poster that was created for the Pageant, offers a glimpse of what one can to expect to see on the BIG stage; a Hollywood style production filled with glitz and glamor. Twelve ladies who come from various parts of the Garden State, and over the age of 60, will participate in the Pageant: each one hoping to win this year's crown. The year of her reign went by quickly for Lenore Cibelli-Lambert, MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA 2024. She appeared in numerous events and venues across New Jersey; and  when she spoke, she possessed a sweet demeanor and genuine zeal that gave seniors hope.  She will also be remembered for her tireless work last winter, when she collected over 3,000 socks that were distributed to the poor thr...

"FAST AWAY THE OLD YEAR PASSES"

Hail the New, Ye Lads & Lasses!"  The lyrics to this familiar Christmas carol describes how quickly the time has passed since the last article.  However, it in no way means that the lovely ladies of the NEW JERSEY CAMEO CLUB have been idle.  There have been meetings and Showcases during the Fall and Winter of 2024.   During this time QUEEN Lenore Cibelli-Lambert has been busy with her own personal appearances.  She has received plaques and letters of accomondation from New Jersey lawmakers.  During the Christmas season, Lenore launched a personal campaign to collect socks for the poor.  She collected over 2,000 pairs and presented them to the principal of her local school for distribution.  She looks forward to other parades and events in the new year.
