Fun Filled July - Cameo Events and a Parade Fit for a Queen

Our Queen Vin Iyer was invited to her first Parade in Smithville, NJ on July 4th. This annual parade is the kick-off not only to summer but to our Ms. New Jersey Senior America's first formal appearance. 

Vin was the highlight of the parade, with many spectators who look forward to our presence every year,  and Vin did not disappoint. As in the Miss America tradition, "Show us your Shoes" is what everyone waits for. Our queen was amazed by the crowd embracing her in her beautiful red gown and silver shoes.


Some highlights of the day were:

Also, our Cameo Club quarterly meeting was July 8th, so New Jersey is very busy!!

MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA PAGEANT 2025

  Pageant fever is in the air, as everyone connected with the MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA PAGEANT readies themselves for the annual event to be held at Harrahs Resort in Atlantic City, on Thursday, May 29th in the Concert Venue Theater at 1:00 PM. The beautiful poster that was created for the Pageant, offers a glimpse of what one can to expect to see on the BIG stage; a Hollywood style production filled with glitz and glamor. Twelve ladies who come from various parts of the Garden State, and over the age of 60, will participate in the Pageant: each one hoping to win this year's crown. The year of her reign went by quickly for Lenore Cibelli-Lambert, MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA 2024. NEXT STEP FOR MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA 2024

Lenore Cibelli-Lambert, MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA 2024   Since winning the title of MS NEW JERSEY SENIOR AMERICA 2024 last June, Lenore Cibelli-Lambert, resident of Parlin, has had a busy summer, of appearances around the State, appearing in fairs, festivals and parades.                 QUEEN Lenore having fun at a summer event with Mayor O'Brien of Sayerville.   The month of September is the time of preparation for this New Jersey QUEEN to get ready for her participation in the MS SENIOR AMERICA PAGEANT 2024.  She will join QUEENS from around the country as they travel to the Tropicana in Atlantic City to compete for the coveted title.   The Pageant is a week long event for the contestants, which starts on Sunday, September 29th, and ends on Thursday, October 3rd.  On Sunday, there is a welcome dinner, and on Monday, a day of rehearsal.  There are 3 days of Pageants that the...
